Most of our work in hospitality has been in renovation and upgrading of hotels. This typically involves scheduling to coordinate with other contractors and working in occupied space.
Renovation of multiple bathrooms. Hotel was occupied during construction. Sovent waste and vent system was utilized to minimize disruption.
Plumbing renovations to 280 rooms within an occupied hotel as well as bar and lounge areas.
ADA compliance updates to guestrooms as well as public restrooms.
