Warehouse Receiver

P.J. Dionne Company is looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Receiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming shipments, ensuring accurate verification of goods received, and maintaining efficient Receiving operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments: Ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials, verifying against purchase orders or packing slips.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams: Communicate effectively to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth receipt of materials.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy: Update inventory systems and records to reflect incoming shipments.
  • Operate warehouse equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to unload and move materials.
  • Assist with warehouse organization: Help maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols: Follow company safety standards and procedures for handling and storing materials.
     

Requirements

  • Attention to detail: Ability to accurately inspect and verify incoming shipments.
  • Physical stamina: Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
  • Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication to interact with team members and suppliers.
  • Organizational skills: Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Warehouse knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management practices is preferred.

Senior Project Manager, HVAC

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can apply their knowledge about the mechanical and or plumbing trades to our company workflows and contracts. This candidate will be a leader to project managers, coordinators, prefabricators, and estimators for their respective projects. They will work with all to verify the design and constructability of the systems; highlight any issues and work with the design team and construction management teams to preemptively correct problems and resolve any issues. This/these individual(s) will be responsible for managing the progress, accuracy, and execution of the company’s work within the contract scope, dollar amount and agreed-upon schedule.

They will oversee the coordination, fabrication, and field installation processes for their projects. They will work to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations; analyze, manage, and mitigate risks on all aspects of the project and ensure quality construction standards throughout the duration of the project. They will build strong client relationships and will share their industry experience and knowledge with all project team members at P.J. Dionne Company to help usher in the next great generation of workers and leaders.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Years of Experience 8+
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related work experience preferred

Service Coordinator

The primary function of this role is to plan, schedule, coordinate, and dispatch field technicians to perform service and project work in the commercial Plumbing and HVAC industry. In addition, the candidate will need to be detail-oriented, well-organized, possess excellent customer service skills, good computer skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Success of these activities have direct impact on the projects we perform. Industry experience and/or knowledge are a plus.

P.J. Dionne Company is looking for a reliable candidate with a great attitude who is a team player. Candidate must also possess flexible and creative problem-solving skills as service schedules and scope may change time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Directs all service operations including scheduling
  • Interview, select, and train service personnel
  • Establish and maintain a regular training program for technicians’ continuous improvement
  • Communicate with other departments to coordinate and achieve company goals
  • Maintain communication with vendors and factory regarding warranty issues, recalls etc.
  • Assist with fleet maintenance to ensure all vehicles are being maintained and operated according to company policy.
  • Generate sales leads and promote and develop maintenance/service agreements with customers.
  • Assist with estimates and bids for contract projects and work relating to commercial service
  • Manage and assist with startup and commissioning on larger projects
  • Develop and monitor budgets, goals, and objectors for department.
  • Research and implement service scheduling and billing software
     

Experience and Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum five years plumbing/HVAC management related experience (preferred)
  • Technical aptitude with an ability to read, interpret and utilize product manuals, schematics, control circuits etc.

MEP Coordinator Plumbing & HVAC

We are in need of experienced MEP Coordinators to coordinate 3D MEP models for pre-design to pre-construction & construction phase to assist with project delivery throughout design and Construction using BIM. This candidate should have Plumbing and or Mechanical Contracting Industry experience, with a background in BIM, design coordination & prefabrication for HVAC & Plumbing & systems using Autodesk Fabrication, Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD suites.
